How do I restore my purchase or unlock on another device?
The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. Sign in with the same Apple Account on your iPhone or iPad and it works on both. If the app still shows as locked, open the unlock screen in the app and tap Restore Purchases. The unlock also supports Family Sharing, so people in your Family Sharing group can use it with their own Apple Accounts.
Which photos work with the app?
Spatial photos taken with a supported iPhone or Apple Vision Pro. Pick one in the app and it shows the left-eye and right-eye images. Photos that were converted from 2D to spatial also load and can be exported, and the app shows a note that the depth was generated from a 2D photo.
Why does the app say my photo has no stereo pair?
"This photo has no stereo pair" means the file doesn't contain separate left-eye and right-eye images. Pick another photo or try the sample photo. If the app says "This isn't a spatial photo", the file is not a spatial photo at all. Pick a photo taken in spatial mode on iPhone or Apple Vision Pro.
Which formats can I export?
JPEG, HEIC and PNG.
How are the exported files named?
Each photo exports as two files, <name>_left.<ext> and <name>_right.<ext>, where <name> is the original file name and <ext> is the format you chose.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles purchases and refunds, so we can't refund you directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What are the system requirements?
iOS and iPadOS 18 or later, or macOS 15 or later.
